Follow these steps to make a request confidential:
- Open the patient record
- Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
- Make sure you are in the "Investigations" section
- Make sure you are in the "Requests" section of Investigations
- Open the New Pathology or New Radiology request form
- Complete the form with all the required details
- Click the Confidential tick-box
- Click Print to complete the form
The request is now confidential, and can only be viewed by the user that created the request.
