How do I Deactivate and Reactivate a Clinical Template?

Follow these steps to Deactivate a Clinical Template:

Navigate to Resources (click More -> Resources)
Click Clinical Templates to open the list of clinical templates
Click the Tick-box next to the name of the template
Click Update Status to reveal drop-down list, and click Deactivate
The clinical template will be flagged as Inactive and removed from your list of active templates
The clinical template has now been deactivated

*NOTE: Deactivated clinical templates can be reactivated, and will then be moved back to your list of active templates.

How to Reactivate Clinical Template?

Navigate to Resources (click More -> Resources)
Click Clinical Templates to open the list of clinical templates
Click on the Filter, and select Inactive to show the list of templates that are deactivated and want to be reactivated.
Then, a list of deactivated templates will show. Choose the template you wish to reactivate by ticking the box beside the template.
Select Status, then click Activate
