Follow these steps to change the order date on a request:
- Within the patient's record, go to the Clinical tab.
- Make sure you are in the Investigations section.
- Make sure you are in the Requests section of Investigations.
- Click New Pathology or New Radiology to open the request form.
- Click Order Date to reveal a calendar.
- Click to select the date.
- Complete the request form with all the required details.
- Click Save to complete the form.
The order date on the request will reflect the selected order date.
