The ability to add User defined Preparations (Recipes) to the drug database. This is especially useful for extemporaneous preparations and medicinal cannabis products with active ingredients.
Drug Recipes Defined
Drug Recipes are customised combinations of drugs by an active ingredient that can be prescribed to patients. The advantage of using these is that it functions as a quick shortcut for drug combinations (e.g. extemporaneous preparations). It is useful when specific medication isn't available to prescribe or you wish to prescribe a custom medication. Drug Recipes are also useful in the emerging medical cannabis fields.
