How do I Reactivate a Clinical Template?

Follow these steps to Reactivate a Clinical Template:

1. Navigate to Resources (click More -> Resources)
   
   
   
2. Click Clinical Templates to open the list of clinical templates
   
   
   
3. Navigate to the list of inactive clinical templates
4. Click Filter to reveal a drop-down list
5. Click Inactive (and tick will appear next to the name)
6. Click to remove the tick next to Active to filter active templates from the list
7. The contact list will now only display inactive contacts
   
   
   
8. Click the Tick-box next to the name of the template
9. Click Update Status to reveal drop-down list, and click Activate
   
   
   
10. The clinical template will be moved back to your list of active templates

The clinical template has now been reactivated
