How do I Request a New Clinical Template?

Follow these steps to Request a New Clinical Template:

1. Go to More > Resources. 
2. Click Clinical Templates to open the list of clinical templates
3. Click Request Clinical Template and you will be redirected to the MediRecords support page. 
4. The page will open in a new tab or window (depending on your web browser settings)
5. You may have to "Allow pop-ups" from MediRecords in your web browser settings for the page to open
6. Fill in the contact form with all the required details, and a summary of the template
7. Click Submit to send the request to the support team

The request for a new clinical template has now been submitted.
