Follow these steps to Edit a Contact:
This work instruction applies to both the Service Providers and Health Professionals contacts list.
- Navigate to Resources (click More -> Resources)
- Click Contacts, and open the "Service Providers" or "Health Professionals" contact list
- Click the Tick-box next to the name of the contact
- Click Edit to open the contact form
- Update the form with all the required details
- Click Save to apply the changes
- The system will send notification that the contact has been edited
- Click OK to close the notification
- The contact has now been edited
- To return to the contacts list, click the Back-arrow, or click Cancel
You can only edit contacts you have created. Both Private and Shared contacts can be edited (Not community). If you have shared the contact to the rest of the practice, any edits made to a contact will also shown to other users.
