Follow these steps to make an immunisation confidential:
- Open the patient record.
- Make sure you are in the Clinical tab
- Make sure you are in the Immunisations section
- Click New Immunisation to open the immunisation form
- Click the Name of the Immunisation on the left-hand side
- Complete the immunisation form with all the required details
- Scroll down and click the Confidential tick-box
- Enter any relevant Dates and Comments
- Click Save to apply the changes.
The immunisation record is now confidential and can only be viewed by the user that created it.
