How do I Search for Service Provider and Health Professional

Follow these steps to Search a Contact:

This work instruction applies to both the Service Provider's and Health Professional's contact lists.

1. Navigate to Resources (click More -> Resources)

2. Click Contacts, and open the "Health Professionals" contact list

3. Click the Search-box and type in a Keyword from the Name

4. Press Enter and system will display a list of the closest matches

                              You can also search using keywords from Category, City, State, Phone and Email

5. The search has now been completed
