Follow these steps to edit a hospitalisation:
- Open the patient record
- Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
- Make sure you are in the "Hospitalisations" section
- Click the hyperlink under the Hospital name to open the record
- Or, click the Tick-box next to the name of the hospitalisation
- Click Edit to open the hospitalisation form
- Update the form with all the required details
- Click Save to apply the changes
The hospitalisation has now been edited.
