Follow these steps to insert details of a hospitalisation into today's notes:
- Open the patient record
- Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
- Make sure you are in the "Hospitalisations" section
- Click New Hospitalisation to open the hospitalisation form
- Complete the form with all the required details
- Click the Add to Today's Notes tick-box
7. Click Save to close the form
The details of the hospitalisation have now been inserted into today's notes.
