Follow these steps to record an immunisation that was declined:
- In the patient records, go to the Clinical tab.
- Make sure you are in the Immunisations section.
- Click the New Immunisation to open the immunisation form.
- Click the Name of the Immunisation on the left-hand side.
- Click the Declined tick-box
- Enter any relevant Dates and Comments
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Record of the declined immunisation has now been added.
