Follow these steps to Reactivate Patient Education:
*NOTE: Deactivated patient education resources are stored in your list of Inactive resources. To find this list, use the filter at top of the resource list and select Inactive.
- Navigate to Resources (click More -> Resources)
- Make sure you are in the "Patient Education" section
- Click Filter to reveal a drop-down list
- Click the Inactive option under the Status heading
- Click the Tick next to any of the other of the filter options to remove them from the list
- The list of resources will refresh, displaying only those flagged as Inactive
- Click the Tick-box next to the name of the resource that is being reactivated
- Click Update Status to reveal a drop-down list
- Click Activate to remove the Inactive flag
- The patient education resource has now been reactivated and will be visible in your list
