Follow these steps to change the default appointment duration:
- Click the More tab and select Settings from the drop-down menu
- Click Appointments
- Select the name of the Practice
- Click Calendar Units under the Practice category and select the default appointment duration
- Click Save to apply the changes
The default appointment duration has now been updated, and the default time slots will be reflected on the appointment calendar.
NOTE: If these changes are not immediately reflected on your calendar, refresh the page or sign out and sign back in.
