Follow these steps to add an immunisation that was performed offsite:
- Access the patient's record.
- Ensure that you are on the Clinical tab.
- Ensure that you have navigated to the Immunisations section.
- Select New Immunisation to open the Immunisation form.
- Click on the left-hand side where the name of the Immunisation is displayed.
- Tick the Vaccinated Elsewhere checkbox.
- Enter any relevant Dates and Comments
- Click Save to close the form.
The immunisation that was performed offsite has now been added.
