Follow these steps to include a medical history in patient summaries:
- Inside the patient's record, go to the Clinical tab.
- Go to Medical History section.
- Click the Tick-box next to the name of the condition.
- Click More to reveal a drop-down list.
- Click Include in Summaries
The medical condition will now be included in patient summaries.
