Follow these steps to flag a patient name in a chat message:
- Open the Home page
- Navigate to the Chat section of the page
- Click New to open the new chat form
- Click User or Group and type in the name of the user/group
- Click Patient Name and type in the name of the patient
- Type in the message contents
- Click Send to send the message
The instant chat message has been sent to the selected user/group, with a clickable hyperlink to the patient record.
