Follow these steps to create a chat message from a patient record:
- From within the patient record, click Dashboard
- Click Chat History
- Click New
- The patient name will already be flagged in the message
- Type in the name of the user/s
- If you are sending a to a group, click the down-arrow and select Group
- Select a Priority if required
- Type in the message
- Click Send
The message will be sent to the selected user/s or group.
