To remove providers from the Calendar, from the Appointments window:
- Go to Appointments located on the top.
- Click Providers, creating a drop-down list of all providers allocated to that practice's appointment calendar.
- Users with a tick next to their name are visible on your calendar
- Click to remove the tick from the Provider Names that you want to remove
- The selected providers have now been removed from your appointment calendar.
