Follow these steps to create a new clinical action from the Shortcuts Toolbar:
- Navigate to Shortcuts Toolbar at the top of the page
- Click +Clinical Action to open the new clinical action form
- Complete the clinical action form with all the required details
- Click Save
The new clinical action has now been created.
