Follow these steps to open a preview of a message in the Holding Bay:
- Navigate to Secure Messaging
- Click the Mailbox icon
- Make sure you are in the 'Holding' section
- Click the Arrow next to the tick-box next to the message
- A preview of the message will open below
Click the Arrow again to close the preview
