Follow these steps change the status of a message in the Messaging Inbox:
- Navigate to Secure Messaging
- Click the Mailbox icon
- Make sure you are in the 'Inbox' section
- Click message you want to change
- Click Status to reveal a drop-down list
- Click Checked or Unchecked
The status of the message has now been changed.
