Follow these steps to create an activity from a message in the Messaging Inbox:
- Navigate to Secure Messaging
- Click the Mailbox icon
- Make sure you are in the 'Inbox' section
- Click the message that relates to the patient
- Click More to reveal a drop-down list
- Click Create Activity
A new activity form will open and will be linked to the patient's record.
