Sometimes, a provider may receive a result requiring follow-up actions, such as recalling a patient. The Inbox offers a Create Clinical Action button to generate this activity.
- Click the Secure Messaging icon.
This will take you to the Inbox by default. - Click the message that relates to the patient.
- Click the Create Clinical Action icon to add the necessary details.
- Click Save to close and submit a recall request.
The clinical recall has now been created on the patient's record.
