Follow these steps create a clinical recall rom the Messaging Inbox:
- Navigate to Secure Messaging
- Click the Mailbox icon
- Make sure you are in the 'Inbox' section
- Click message that relates to the patient
- Click RC to submit a recall request
- Click OK to close the recall notification
The clinical recall has now been created on the patient's record.
