Follow these steps to Edit an SMS Template:
- Click the More tab and select Settings from the drop-down menu
- Click SMS Templates
- Select the SMS Template to be edited from the drop-down list
- Click the Pen Icon
- Update with template with additional SMS content and Merge Fields
- Click Save to apply the changes
- The SMS Template has now been updated
