Follow these steps to Set a Default SMS Template:
- Click More tab and select Settings from the drop-down menu
- Click SMS Templates
- Create a New Template, or
- Select an Existing SMS Template to be edited from the drop-down list
- Create or Update with the required details
- Click the Default check-box
- Click Save to apply the changes
- The SMS Template will now be used as the default SMS message
