Follow these steps to add providers to your appointment calendar:
- Click the User Icon (the human icon - the last tab on the MediRecords application ribbon).The User Profile Menu will appear in a drop-down list below
- Click Preferences to open your User Preferences
- Click Appointments to open the appointment preferences
- Navigate to the Appointment Provider Filter
- Search the name and click to select which providers you want to see in your calendar by default by.
- Click Save to apply the changes
The selected providers will now appear in your appointment calendar by default.
