How do I edit a prescription?

1. Inside the patient's record, click on Clinical Tab
2. Make sure you are in the Medications section.
3. Make sure you are in the Current rX tab.
4. Click the Tick-box next to the name of the prescription.
5. Click Edit to open the prescription form and update the first page with all the required changes.
6. Click Next to proceed to the second page of the form.
7. Update the second page with all the required changes.
8. Click Prescribe to reveal a drop-down list.
9. Click Save to apply the changes.

The prescription has now been edited.

*NOTE: The base medication in the prescription cannot be altered. Changes are limited to dosage, time of day, start, reason, etc.
