How Do I Set a Time Slot to Unavailable?

The very useful feature of the MediRecords appointment scheduling system allows staff to input the doctor's and Nurse's ongoing schedules, and staff can more effectively manage appointments and avoid conflicts. Additionally, the ability to mark when a doctor is unavailable for meetings, holidays, conferences, etc., can help prevent double bookings and ensure that patients are only scheduled when the doctor is actually available.

Overall, this feature can help improve the efficiency and organisation of the scheduling process, which can ultimately lead to better patient care and satisfaction.

Follow these steps to set a time slot to unavailable:

1. Click New Appointment, or click the Time slot to open the appointment form
2. Click Unavailable at the top of the form
3. Click Provider and select the user
4. Complete the form with all the required details
5. Click Save to complete

The unavailable time slots have now been added to your appointment calendar.
