Follow these steps to extend or reduce the length of an appointment:
- Hover your mouse cursor on the Top Edge or Bottom Edge of the appointment in the appointment book
- Wait until a Double Ended Arrow appears.
- Click the Edge of the Appointment block
- Drag the Appointment to extend or reduce its length
The length of the appointment has now been changed.
