This guide walks you through the steps to quickly create a new patient record using the Shortcuts Toolbar in MediRecords.
1. Navigate to Shortcuts Toolbar at the top of the page.
2. Click +Patient to open the new patient form.
3. Complete all required fields in the Demographic section.
NOTE: (Not mandatory) We have added a new field for Preferred Pronouns. This new field is located near the current “Gender” field. If the field is populated, this value is shown in two other areas: the patient header and the patient tool tip area.
4. Click Next to proceed to the Social section. Update the Social form with any required details.
5. Click Next to proceed to the Family History section. Update the Family History form with any required details.
6. Click Next to proceed to the Settings section. Update the Settings form with any required details.
7. Click Save to complete.
