Follow these steps to view the list of Allocated messages in the Holding Bay:
- Navigate to Secure Messaging
- Click the Mailbox icon
- Make sure you are in the 'Holding' section
- Click Filter to reveal a drop-down list
- Click Allocated
- Make sure that Unallocated is not ticked
The Holding Bay will now display the messages that have been allocated to a patient and provider.
