Follow these steps to view the list of Unallocated messages the Holding Bay:
- Navigate to Secure Messaging
- Click the Mailbox icon
- Make sure you are in the 'Holding' section
- Click Filter to reveal drop-down list
- Click Unallocated
- Make sure that Allocated is not ticked
The Holding Bay will now display the messages that been not been allocated to a patient and/or provider.
