Follow these steps to assign a message to a patient in the Holding Bay:
- Navigate to Secure Messaging
- Click the Mailbox icon
- Make sure you are in the 'Holding' section
- Click the Tick-box next to the message
- Navigate to the top of the message list
- Click Patient and look up the patient's name
- Click Assign to assign the message to the patient
The message has now been assigned to the patient, and it will be reflected in the Patient column in the list of messages
