Follow these steps to assign multiple messages to a patient in the Holding Bay:
- Navigate to Secure Messaging
- Click the Mailbox icon
- Make sure you are in the 'Holding' section
- Click the Tick-boxes next to the messages
- Navigate to the top of the message list
- Click Patient and look up the patient name
- Click Assign to assign the messages to the patient
The messages have now been assigned to the patient, and it will be reflected in the Patient column in the list of messages.
