Follow these steps to assign multiple messages to a provider in the Holding Bay:
- Navigate to Secure Messaging
- Click the Mailbox icon
- Make sure you are in the 'Holding' section
- Click the Tick-boxes next to the messages
- Navigate to the top of the message list
- Click Provider and look up the provider name
- Click Assign to assign the messages to the provider
The messages have now been assigned to the provider, and they will be reflected in the Provider column in the list of messages.
