Follow these steps to filter the messages in the Messaging Inbox:
- Navigate to Secure Messaging
- Click the Mailbox icon
- Make sure you are in the 'Inbox' section
- Click Filter to reveal a drop-down list
- Click to select one or more filters under Type, Status, Provider or When
The list of messages in the Inbox has now been filtered.
