Follow these steps to search for messages in the Messaging Inbox:
- Navigate to Secure Messaging
- Click the Mailbox icon
- Make sure you are in the 'Inbox' section
- Click the Search-box and type in a Keyword from the Subject or Test Name
- Press Enter the system will be display a list of the closest matches
- You can also search using keywords from Patient Name, To and From
The search has now been completed.
