Follow these steps to filter the list of medical history:
- Open the patient record
- Make sure you are in the "Clinical" tab
- Make sure you are in the "Medical History" section
- Click Filter to reveal a drop-down list
- Click Active or Inactive to filter medical history from the list
The medical history has now been filtered.
