Follow these steps to add the mother's medical history to the patient's record:
Open the patient record
- Make sure you are in the Details tab.
- Click Family History to switch to the family medical history details.
- Make sure the No Significant Family History tick-box is not ticked.
- Click Mother and update the relevant details.
- Click Save to apply the changes/
The mother's medical history has now been added to the patient's record.
