Follow these steps to perform a smoking assessment:
Open the patient record
- Make sure you are in the "Details" tab
- Click Tobacco
- Click Assessment Date and enter the date.
- Update the patient's record with all related smoking details
- Click Save to apply the changes.
The smoking assessment has been saved as an observation on the patient's record.
