Follow these steps to perform an alcohol assessment:
- Open the patient record
- Make sure you are in the "Details" tab
- Click Alcohol
- Click Assessment Date and enter the date
- Update the patient's record with all related drinking details.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
The alcohol assessment has been saved as an observation on the patient's record.
