The Billing Settings feature allows you to manage the billing settings for all your registered practices on your MediRecords Subscription. With this feature, you have the ability to modify your billing address, review your billing history, purchase SMS credits, and update your credit card payment information.
To configure your billing settings, follow the steps below
- Click More at the top of the page to reveal a drop-down list,
- Click Settings.
- Click Subscription Details.
- Click Billing.
This guide will cover the Billing Settings for your practice, which are divided into three separate sections: Details, Payments, and History. Each of these sections will be explained individually in this guide.
Details - When you open the Billing Settings for your practice, it lands on the Details section by default. The Details section contains the practices billing address, which can be edited or updated within this section.
NOTE: Only users with an Integrated Subscription can be listed as a Primary Contact.
To update or edit the practices billing address, click on the field that you want to edit, and then click Save to apply the changes.
Payments - The Payments tab is for managing your payments for your MediRecords subscription. In this section you can view the cost of your monthly subscription, your SMS credit balance, update your credit card details and purchase additional SMS credits.
To update your credit card details, click Update Card Details.
Enter your Credit Card details - Name, Number, Expiry & CCV - and then click Confirm.
From within the Payments section, you can also purchase SMS credits for patient reminders and messages.
To purchase SMS Credits, click Buy SMS Credit.
Click Quantity to select the number of SMS credits you want to buy. Review the Total Amount being charged to your card, and then click Confirm.
- History - The History section of Billing Settings stores your full MediRecords billing history, allowing you to review and reprint invoices on an on-demand basis.
To view or print an invoice, click the Tick-box next to the name of the invoice to reveal a list of options, and click Print Icon.
The selected invoice will be opened on another tab in your browser, where it can be viewed or printed.
To see a quick summary of the contents of an invoice, click the drop-down arrow next to the Tick-box.
The summary of the invoice will then open below the invoice number.
Click the symbol again to close the summary.
