How do I Create a New Invoice?

Follow these steps to create a new invoice:

1. From within the patient's record, click Accounts
2. Make sure you are in the "Invoices" section
3. Click New Invoice
4. Select the Bill To, Provider, and Item Schedule
5. Enter the Item Number/Service Name for the consultation
6. The Item Number/Service name will appear in a drop-down menu. Select it
7. To add more items, click Add Item
8. Click Quick Pay to receive a quick payment by Cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card
9. Click Print to print a copy of the invoice
10. Click On Hold to place the invoice on hold

NOTE: Specialists and other providers who see patients on a referral basis will need to include a referral on the invoice. Valid Referrals will appear as a drop-down option below the provider
