Overview
This user guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to book, confirm, view, and cancel appointments within the Engage platform. It covers processes for booking an appointment from both the Home Dashboard and the Appointments section, confirming your booking, reviewing your appointment history, and managing cancellations.
This user guide was created using the desktop web version. If you are accessing via mobile or tablet, the screenshots may differ.

đ Book an Appointment from the Home Dashboard
1. Click on Home.

2. Click on the Appointments Tile.

âšī¸ Any upcoming appointments you have scheduled will be displayed here.
3. Click your name header with the right arrow icon to proceed.

4. In the Location field, enter the name of your practice location.

5. Select the appropriate option from the list.

6. Click the practice name header with the right arrow icon to continue.

7. Choose your Provider from the list.

8. Select the appropriate Appointment Type from the list.

9. Select a suitable time from the available options.

10. Click on Book to confirm.

11. A confirmation screen will display the details of your booked appointment, indicating it was successful.

12. Click on Finish to complete.

13. Your upcoming appointment will be visible on the Home Dashboard. Click on the tile to be taken to the Appointments grid.

14. Click on Appointments.

15. Click your name header with the right arrow icon to proceed.

16. Click on Book Appointment.

17. In the Location field, enter the name of your practice location.

18. Select the appropriate option from the list.

19. Click the practice name header with the right arrow icon to continue.

20. Choose your Provider from the list.

21. Select the appropriate Appointment Type from the list.

22. Select a suitable time from the available options.

23. Click on Book to confirm.

24. Click on Finish to complete.

đ Confirming a Booked Appointment
25. Click Confirm Appointment to confirm and notify your provider.

26. You will see a pop-up confirming your appointment has been successfully confirmed.

đ Viewing your Appointment History
27. Click on History

28. You will be able to view all previously booked appointments.

đ Cancelling a Booked Appointment
If the appointment has been confirmed, you will need to contact your provider or practice to cancel it. If it has not been confirmed, proceed with the next steps.
29. Click on the 3 dots.

30. Click on Cancel Appointment

31. Click the drop-down arrow to choose a reason for cancellation.

32. Select the appropriate option from the available choices.

33. Click on Save to confirm.

34. Your cancelled appointment will be displayed in the Appointment grid.
