🎓 MediRecords Login
1. Input your email address that is registered with your account.

2. Click on Continue.

3. Input your registered login details, starting with your username.

4. Then proceed by entering your password.

5. Select Remember me for quicker access next time.

6. If needed, choose Reset your Password for forgotten passwords.

7. Finally, click Login to access the platform.

🎓 MediRecords Navigation Menu
8. Click the Horizontal Expander Icon to either expand or minimise the Navigation Menu.

9. Click the Vertical Expander Icon to expand or collapse the submenu options within the Navigation Menu.

10. Click on Home to access the MediRecords Home Dashboard.

11. Choose Appointments to access the Practice's Providers Calendar.

12. Select Waiting Room to access this function.

13. Select Patients to access a list grid view of existing patient records.

14. Select Accounts to expand and access the submenu options.

15. Click on Sales.

16. Click on Expenses.

17. Click on Distributions

18. Click on Journal

19. Click on Reconciliation.

20. Click on AIR - Claiming.

22. Select More to expand the submenu options.

🎓 MediRecords Header Bar
MediRecords header bar is always present, enabling smooth practice switching. It provides Quick Actions for tasks like creating patient records, scheduling appointments, and creating clinical actions and tasks. It also features shortcuts for messaging, activities, a Find Patient search, and personalised options through the Person Icon for the user logged in.
28. Select the dropdown extender to switch between multiple Practices.

29. Choose the option to designate your Practice.

30. This action enables users to generate a new patient record swiftly.

31. This action allows users to promptly schedule a new appointment.

32. This action permits users to swiftly create a new clinical action.

33. Users can quickly create a new task using this action.

34. To access existing patient records, enter the patient's last name and/or first name, or their Date of Birth in the search field.

35. The envelope icon provides quick access to the Secure Messaging screen. Unchecked correspondence and results assigned to a User will be indicated by a notification tally.

36. The clipboard icon provides quick access to the Activities screen. Any overdue activities assigned to a user will be marked by a notification tally.

37. Click the Person Icon, to be presented with multiple options.

38. Providers using the Appointment Book feature can set a status that will be visible on the appointment calendar.

39. Select Profile to view your user profile.

40. Select Preferences to personalise and set your default settings while using the platform.

41. Click on Help & Support to access the MediRecords Knowledgebase.

42. Click on Logout when not using the platform.

🎓 Universal Communications Bar
Located on the right-hand side is the Universal Communication Bar, comprising a Chat function for seamless real-time conversations between users or user groups. It also houses the Notice Board, a platform for Practice wide communication. Furthermore, the Email on Demand feature is readily accessible to users, allowing them to send emails to patients and contacts promptly, regardless of the screen they are currently working on.
43. Select the expander icon to either expand or minimise the bar.

44. Select the Chat icon to create and manage the chat function.

45. Select the Notice Board icon to view and post practice-wide communications.

46. Select the Email icon to send emails to Contacts or Patients.
