π How to create Additional Practices
1. Access the submenu options by clicking on More in the Navigation Menu to expand the list.

2. Click on Settings.

3. Click on Subscription Details.

4. Click on Practices.

5. Click on New Practice.

6. Upon default, you'll be directed to the Details screen; make sure to fill in all required fields for your new Practice.

7. Access the Biography section via the side menu by clicking on it.

8. Ensure to fill in all required fields for your new Practice.

βΉοΈ Marketing: Increase your practice visibility by publishing your practice and user profiles to the MediRecords Community and Contact List. Your profiles will be included in the MediRecords App.
Services: If your practice offers Bulk Billing and/or After Hours services where you are open before or after 8am - 6pm, a badge will be displayed on your practice profile in the MediRecords App. The badge/s will improve your level of visibility with Australian patients.
Keywords & Biography: Choose keywords that are relevant to your subspecialties. These are words that your fellow providers or patients may use to find you. Your biography will be included in your profile in the MediRecords App.
9. Click Identifiers.

10. Ensure to fill in all required fields for your new Practice.

βΉοΈ LSP No.: A Location Specific Practice Number (LSPN) is used by Services Australia to uniquely identify practice sites that provide diagnostic imaging and/or radiation oncology services.
PIP No.: The Practice Incentives Program Number can be entered here for registered General Practices.
AIR Community Code and AIR Clinic Code: You can input Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) codes in this section if your practice will be administering immunisations.
ABN: You can enter the Australian Business Number (ABN) for your Practice here, especially for invoicing purposes that encompass GST services.
11. Click on Rooms.

12. Feel free to utilise this free-type field to input custom room names, tailored to your practice's specific requirements. These Rooms can be assigned different purposes when scheduling a patient's appointment.

βΉοΈ Rooms: This field serves for In-Patient Services as well. Before invoicing these services, ensure to add the Hospital to your Service Provider Contacts list and assign it as a Room here for precise identification.
13. Select Save to complete and finalise this process.

π How to Edit a Practice
14. Check the box next to the Practice name listed in the Practices Grid.

15. Click on Edit Practice.

16. Select the appropriate option from the menu where modifications are needed and proceed to make the necessary changes.

17. Remember to click on Save to confirm the modifications and update the Practice accordingly.

π How to switch a Practice between Active and Inactive status
18. Check the box next to the Practice name listed in the Practices Grid.

βΉοΈ Kindly be aware that you cannot deactivate a practice if it is currently the one you are actively working from.
19. Click on Status.

20. Click on Inactive.

21. Select Yes to confirm and proceed with this process.

22. To activate a practice from an inactive status, please click on the Filter option.

23. Click on Inactive.

24. Enter the Practice name into the search bar to find and locate the Practice.

25. Check the box next to the Practice name listed in the Practices Grid.

26. Click on Status.

27. Click on Active.

28. Select Yes to confirm and proceed with this process.

π How to Delete a Practice
29. Check the box next to the Practice name listed in the Practices Grid.

30. Click on Delete.

31. Select Yes to confirm and proceed with this process.

π How to restore a Deleted Practice
32. Click on Filter.

33. Click on Deleted.

34. Access the Search Bar and input the Practice name.

35. Check the box next to the Practice name listed in the Practice Grid.

36. Click on Status.

37. Click on Active.

38. Select Yes to finalise the process.
