🎓 Accessing Billing
1. Select More from the Navigation Menu to access additional submenu choices.

2. Click on Settings.

3. Click on Subscription Details.

4. Click on Billing.

🎓 How to Update Billing Information
5. By default, you'll be directed to the Details tab. This is the section where you can modify recorded details if needed.

6. Select the Save option to finalise and apply any changes made.

🎓 How to Update Credit Card Details
7. Navigate to the Payments section by selecting it from the side menu.

8. Click on Update Card Details.

9. Fill in the required fields to update the card details, then click on Confirm to complete the process.

ℹ️ Kindly be aware that the credit card utilised during your initial registration as a new customer with MediRecords has already been stored for your Tenant. Please proceed to update this information solely if there has been a change in the credit card details specifically for purchasing SMS credits. If there have been alterations to your Subscription Billing payment information, please contact your Customer Success Manager for further assistance.
🎓 How to Purchase SMS Credits
10. Navigate to the Payments section by selecting it from the side menu.

11. Click on Buy SMS.

12. Select the desired Quantity amount from the dropdown menu. After reviewing the Total Amount, click on Save to confirm and finalise your purchase.

ℹ️ The Show SMS Balance on Appointment screens option will be chosen by default. Users can track their SMS Balance conveniently positioned above the Appointment Calendar.
🎓 How to View Billing History
13. Navigate to the History section by selecting it from the side menu.

14. Examine the Billing Information grid list and find the specific Invoice.

15. Utilise the Search Bar and Filter options to aid in the process of finding specific invoices.

16. Select the Expand icon located beside the Invoice to access and view the detailed information included in the Invoice.

17. Examine the details presented in the Invoice Details section.

18. If desired, you can choose the Export option to create and download the entire list as a CSV file.

19. To print an individual invoice, mark the checkbox adjacent to the specific invoice for selection.

20. Select the Printer Icon located above the grid list to initiate the printing process.
