For HealthLink Users:
HealthLink sends correspondence and results based on the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) linked to your Practice at the time of registration — not to individual providers.
Tip: While not mandatory, HealthLink prefers to be notified of all doctors and their Provider Numbers.
For Medical-Objects Users:
If your practice name changes in MediRecords, you must notify Medical-Objects (MO) so they can update your configuration. This includes updating your Name Space to match the new practice name.
If you add new providers, you'll also need to contact MO and provide their Provider Numbers to ensure messages are delivered correctly.
